I stole this tradition from a friend but how else are you to start new traditions if you don't start somewhere...Anyway-I have started letting the boys (& Elle) open up their Christmas pajamas on the first day of December and then they can wear them all month long. Even though their Christmas jammies aren't Christmasey-besides Elle's-they still love them and it gets them really excited to at least open a present even if they already know what to expect.
